Information We Collect
No Show Cover (the “App”) is operated by Neon Summit LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The App is designed for independent beauty, wellness, creative, and appointment-based service providers who want to protect scheduled appointments from no-shows, late cancellations, weak confirmation habits, and lost appointment revenue.
The App may store information that you enter or configure so it can provide appointment protection features. This may include appointment date and time, client name, service amount, cancellation window, deposit rule, notes, reminders, message drafts, follow-up status, and business policy preferences. If you choose to import from your calendar, the App may also store appointment details from the events you bring in. That import is started by you, and the imported information stays on your device.
The App may also create limited product analytics, crash diagnostics, and subscription state information. That can include whether onboarding was completed, whether a paywall was viewed, which subscription product was selected, whether a purchase, restore, entitlement, or trial flow completed, app version, build number, coarse feature-use categories, and privacy-sanitized fatal exception details. These records are designed to avoid client names, appointment details, message contents, payment links, revenue amounts, email addresses, phone numbers, and local database contents.
Product analytics and crash diagnostics are linked by a persistent, pseudonymous, installation-scoped identifier (Device ID). That identifier is not your name, Apple ID, email address, or a client identifier, and it is not treated as anonymous.
No Show Cover is intended to work without becoming a booking platform, payment processor, CRM, or client-facing network. We do not sell your personal information.
Appointment and Client Information
Appointment and client information is entered by you for your business use. Examples may include a client name, appointment value, deposit status, cancellation terms, reminder notes, and the policy language you want to reuse.
If you choose to enter client contact details or identifying information, you are responsible for having permission or another appropriate basis to use that information in your business and in the App. You should not enter sensitive information that is unnecessary for protecting an appointment.
Calendar Import
Calendar import is optional and happens only when you start it. If you choose to import appointments from your calendar, the App asks iOS for Calendar access and uses the events you bring in to help you protect those appointments.
Notifications
Notifications are optional. If you allow notifications, the App may use them to remind you about confirmations, deposits, cancellation windows, follow-ups, or appointment-related tasks you configure.
You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings. Turning notifications off may reduce reminder and follow-up functionality, but the rest of the App can still be used.
Payment Links, Subscriptions, and Third-Party Services
No Show Cover does not process card payments or hold deposit funds. If you add or open a payment link, that link may take you or your client to a third-party payment provider, booking tool, messaging app, or website that is not operated by Neon Summit LLC.
Those third-party services have their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms. We are not responsible for how those services collect, use, store, or share information.
No Show Cover offers optional subscriptions through Apple in-app purchases, with RevenueCat helping validate purchases, manage entitlements, load subscription offerings, and report subscription lifecycle information. Payment details are handled by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card number or Apple ID password.
Analytics and Diagnostics
No Show Cover uses PostHog for limited, named, allowlisted product analytics and for fatal exception / crash diagnostics. RevenueCat is used for subscription analytics and entitlement status. These services help us understand whether the App is working, where users drop off during onboarding, whether a paywall was shown, which subscription product was selected, whether a purchase, restore, entitlement, or trial result was observed, and why the App crashed. Crash diagnostics are not limited to Apple crash logs.
PostHog product analytics are limited to named events and allowlisted properties, such as onboarding step names, coarse appointment-count buckets, app version, build number, TestFlight status, paywall trigger, selected product identifier, billing period, and whether the App observed an active Pro entitlement. Paywall purchase-selection, purchase-result, entitlement, and trial events are treated as Purchase History used for Analytics. The App also records Product Interaction, Other Usage Data, and Device ID as declared in App Store privacy labels.
Product analytics and crash diagnostics are linked across events by a persistent, pseudonymous, installation-scoped identifier (Device ID). This lets us connect product use and crash reports from the same app installation. It is not an anonymous identifier, and it is not your Apple ID, email address, phone number, or a client identifier.
Crash diagnostics are privacy-sanitized before they are sent. We do not send client names, phone numbers, email addresses, appointment addresses, exact appointment dates or times, service descriptions, notes, message bodies, payment links, revenue amounts, local database contents, RevenueCat customer identifiers, subscriber identifiers, Apple IDs, or feedback emails to PostHog. Retained diagnostic metadata may include exception type, exception code, stack traces, debug images, and related diagnostic fields needed to understand a crash.
We may also receive limited diagnostics or aggregate App Store information made available by Apple, such as crash logs, performance information, install metrics, or general usage statistics, depending on Apple settings and user choices. We use analytics and diagnostics to improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and understand whether the App is working as expected.
We do not use analytics or diagnostics to sell personal information, to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, or to build advertising profiles.
Feedback and Support Submissions
If you submit feedback in No Show Cover, Web3Forms receives the fields you provide, including your satisfaction selection, feedback category, message, optional email address, basic app/device metadata, and submission time. Web3Forms may also process standard request metadata to deliver and protect the form.
No Show Cover does not automatically attach appointment records, client records, payment links, revenue details, local database contents, or health information to feedback submissions.
Feedback submissions are optional and are used to respond to support requests, understand issues, improve reliability, and prioritize product improvements. Web3Forms is a third-party form delivery service with its own privacy practices.

Product analytics, crash diagnostics, and subscription lifecycle information may be retained in PostHog, RevenueCat, Apple, and our related business records according to our account settings, vendor retention periods, and legal or operational needs.
